A transbronchial biopsy was performed and revealed a poorly differenciated non small cell carcinoma.

Two liver metastases were found on abdominal CT
TNM classification: T2bN2M1B = stage 4 / 7th International classification

Final diagnosis

Excavated non small cell lung carcinoma with a clinical advanced stage (stage IV).
