The Dartmouth Experimental Visualization Laboratory (DEVLAB) and the Dartmouth Institute for Advanced Graduate Studies (DAGS) at Dartmouth College have been collaborating to build electronic proceedings for the annual DAGS conferences. The yearly construction of electronic proceedings allows researchers and students to conduct experiments in electronic publishing and multimedia authoring. The DAGS/DEVLAB proceedings teams have built electronic proceedings for the DAGS 1992 conference on Parallel Computing [Glo93b], the DAGS 1993 conference on Parallel I/O [Mak95], and the DAGS 1995 conference on Electronic Publishing and the Information Superhighway [For95]. While the DAGS'92 proceedings provided a simple navigation system for digital talks, the DAGS'93 proceedings extended the talks navigation features. The DAGS'95 proceedings simplify the interface, but provide networked access to presentations. All electronic DAGS conference proceedings put special emphasis on including multimedia presentations of distinguished speakers.
