-- Economist [Eco95c]Based on our experience and lessons we learned while developing the DAGS multimedia conference proceedings series we will now describe possible extensions of our system and identify areas of further research. This chapter first highlights obstacles and issues in the creation process of digital talks and hypertext. The second part of the chapter illuminates weaknesses and possible improvements in the design of interactive hypermedia products in general and hypermedia conference proceedings in particular.
