Option for QPlotPot 

   QPotential -> "constant" piecewise constant potential
   QPotential -> " linear"  piecewise linear potential

The modules of the transfer matrix method can be extended to piecewise linear potential. Therefore QPotential contains already this option. Piecewise linear potnetials are not implemented yet.
