What's this?
============

Example inputs for statistical analysis of a
cluster-expansion.

The statistical analysis occurs in two steps:
1. Data generation
2. Data analysis

Usually the first step is the most time-
consuming. The analysis can then be repeated
several times with different options, for instance
some clusters may be skipped and the changes in
the overall accuracy can be inspected.

FILE          DESCRIPTION
--------------------------------------------
genstat.inp Generate raw data of clusters
              from a Monte-Carlo run
anastat.inp Analyze the raw data generated
              above and obain statistics

Prerequisite
============

The 'user-source' keyword is set up to use a
routine from the 'build' example and uses the
$MCTDH_DIR environment variable. It this goes
wrong the path to the source must be given
manually.

Usage
=====

First generate data:

 clusterstat -mnd genstat.inp

Then run the analysis program:

 clusterana anastat.inp

For repeated runs:

 clusterana -w anastat.inp

Note: this will overwrite the statistics
generated in the last run. If overwriting
is not wanted the respective files should be
moved to a safe place first.

Inspect the various output files in the name
directory, in particular the file called
'statistics' might be interesting.
