Note on changing the parameter values in the include files
----------------------------------------------------------

If you changed one (or more) of the parameters in the include files,
e.g. maxhtm/maxkoe/..., you should reset them to their default values
before checking in a new svn revision. Otherwise, everybody else who
merges with this new revision will "inherit" your changed parameters,
and since this happens in the include files, this will force an almost
complete recompilation on the next compile run.

To help in resetting the default values, there is the utility
"mfixincludes".

Before checking in, run:
% mfixincludes -p

This will reset all the parameters to their default values. These default
values are taken from the "!PRCS:<value>" comments inside the include
files. For the include files where you changed some value, a backup
file of your modified include file will be created. (The default extension
is "bak", but you can change it with the -b option.)

After checking in, run:
% mfixincludes -r

This will restore your modified parameters by simply moving back the
previously created backup files. (Note that the backup files are thus
deleted.) This process also preserves the timestamps, so that make won't
force a recompile on you.

*PLEASE* do not change the whitespace before or after the "!PRCS:<value>"
comments, this would again have the effect of forcing a full recompilation
on everybody.
