Solution of a symmetric discrete-time Diophantine equation

Syntax

• X = DIOSYMZ(A,B)

  [X,ERR] = DIOSYMZ(A,B)

Description

This function solves a symmetric discrete-time Diophantine equation of the form:

where b(z) is a self-adjoint polynomial in "z", i.e. . Its degree must be twice that of a(z).

The error of the solution is returned in ERR.
