Least common denominator representation (SISO case)

Syntax

• [A,B1,B2,…] = LCD(N1,D1,N2,D2,...)

  [A,B1,B2,…] = LCD(SYS1,SYS2,...)

  [...] = LCD(...,TOL)

Description

This function returns the common denominator representation of a set of transfer functions given in the vector numerator-denominator format or as LTI objects. A is the common denominator and the system Nx/Dx (or SYSx) is transformed into Bx/A.

The zeroing tolerance can be supplied as TOL. Its default value is TOL = 1e-8.
