Sum of products of continuous-time polynomials by their adjoints.

Syntax

• Q = MADJ(P1,P2,...)

Description

If P1,P2,... are vectors of coefficients representing discrete-time polynomials , then this function returns one half of the mirror-image discrete-time polynomial obtained by multiplying polynomials  by their adjoints  and adding them together.

The routine is normally used together with spectral factorization routine spfc.
