Checkout Log: Who has currently checked out which files?

• Rule of the game:
  • All files are original on http://www.rhein-neckar.de/~cetus/
  • If a team member would like to take over the maintenance of a specific file she/he reconciles this with Manfred
  • Manfred updates this list (new state: checked out);
  • The team member downloads the file from http://www.rhein-neckar.de/~cetus/ to his machine
  • The file is now original on the machine of the team member;
  • If she/he would like to put the file online she/he sends the file to Manfred
  • Manfred uploads the file at the next weekend
  • By default the file keeps the state checked out
  • If the team member would like to temporarily or permanently stop maintaining the file she/he reconcile this with Manfred
  • Manfred updates this list (new state: checked in)
  • The file is now again original on http://www.rhein-neckar.de/~cetus/
  • The team member sends the file to Manfred if it was changed since the last upload
