Currently XploRe runs under Windows 95 and Windows NT 4.x or higher. For both systems you have to install XploRe locally on your machine.
After double clicking on the XploRe icon the program will start.
XploRe pops up with two windows: the input window (right) and the output window (left). Note that sometimes the output window can be partially hidden by the input window. Later the output window will contain all numerical output.
Since XploRe is a multiple document interface (MDI) program, we have only one main menu (File ... Help). The input window consists of the history window and at the bottom the commandline. In the command line you can type your XploRe commands and after pressing Enter or Return they will be executed. With the menu item File/ Exit you can leave XploRe after you have confirmed that you really want to leave XploRe.
