Here, it is possible to select which studies to perform:




Statistical Extraction
Just click on the function you are interested, on the first list, and click Add




Hystogram Distribution
Just click on the same function name on the two function list, and click Add




Double Distribution
With double distribution you can perform study in the form Function1 versus Function2. Function1 can be selected on the upper funciton list, while Function2 on the lower one. So to perform a Diameter versus PathDistance study you need to :



Average/(Tot Sum)
Before outputting the data L-Measure check if the user had requested the total sum of each bins or the average value.
The Average/(Tot Sum) checkbox allows this flexibility. If it is cheched the returned distribution data are to be considered as average values. If it is not, the data are sum of all values for the given bins.



Bin Size
There are 2 option to select the bin size. The default method is by the total number of bins. L-Measure computes the range of values of the selected function and uniformosly distribute the available bin. This process is compute for every neuron and for every function. The second option is by selecting the width of the bin. L-Measure allows a maximum of 1000 bin for every distribution. If the width is too small, the final distribution will contain 1000 bin of which 999 correctly assigned while the last one will contain all remaining values.
