Output Panel

The output panel allows to redirect the results of the analysis into a .txt file. Other options are available in this panel:


Global The Global checkbox allows the user to perfom group study. All neuron inserted in the Input panel will be considered simultaneuosly.


Raw Data The Raw Data checkbox allows the user obtain the original list of values from which all statistics are computed. It is suggested to check this option only when one function is selected.


SWC Conversion The SWC Conversion checkbox allow the user to convert the list of neurons inserted in the Input Panel in SWC format. The converted files are placed in the same directory of the original one and have name list .swc


PGM file The PGM file checkbox allows the user obtain a graphical view of the neuron. The file originated is named .pgm and contains the 3 2D projection of the neuron along the axis yx, yz, xz.
