A collection of heavier application projects employing JavaView for visualization and numerics. These applications have been developed since the first public release of JavaView in November 1999. During its development, JavaView was already in use for more than a year in courses and research.

	Visual Geometry Pages Differential geometry in online applets. Interactive experiments and visualization for research and education.
	EG-Models Archive The archive of the electronic geometry models contains a collection of reviewed geometry models.
	Online Dissertation: In the framework of the research project Dissertation Online founded by the German Research Foundation (DFG) JavaView was used to create a sample online dissertation in Mathematics.
	Honey Bees in an Observation Hive: Study of the population biology of honey bees at Rhodes University in Grahamstown, Republic of South Africa.
	Polymake:  A numerical framework to study the geometry and combinatorics of convex polytopes.
