Platonic Solids

The five regular Platonic solids, the thirteen Archimedean solids and the rhombic dodecahedron, which is the dual solid of an Archimedean solid.

Select one of the nineteen available solids. In the Tube panel you can switch tube and solid to be visible or invisible and configure thickness and discretization of the tube.
In the model panel you can modify the solid. The Parameter slider defines for "Truncate" and "Truncate Fill" the factor to move vertices towards edge-mid-points (and therefore it should lay between 0.0 and 0.5), for "Shrink" it defines the factor to move vertices towards face-mid-points (and therefore it should lay between 0.0 and 1.0), and for "Stellate" it defines the height of the pyramids glued to every face of the solid.
By the "Ok" and "Cancel" buttons you can appoint, if the basis solid for modeling shall be replaced by the now visible truncated, shrunken or stellated solid.
The Reset button restores the default tube settings.

The modeling class is usable for every polyhedral surface and is available via menu Method->Modeling->Element Modeling.
