Antoine's Necklace

Third stage in the construction of Antoine's necklace. The next stage would be to replace each component ring in the above with a linked chain of rings. At the end of an infinite number of such steps we are left with Antoine's necklace, an object homeomorphic to the Cantor space. See Knots and Links for more information.
