Excel spreadsheets:
- Demographical model to predict population
for different countries.
Use the sliders and the pulldown menus to
experiment with the model.
- Sound synthesis in real time.
Play with
the sliders to change the tone color. There are some examples
mentioned in the paper,
dealing with the mathematics of musical
temperaments (tuning systems).
These examples cannot be put on the CDROM
beause they use
web streaming technologies.
