Computer Programs and Test Cases in Chapter 11

     These computer programs correspond to those discussed in Chapter 11 and use the same designation as in that chapter.  For example, the computer program for section 11.2 is named pr11_2.for  for compressible boundary layer flows and, like the computer programs discussed in sections 11.3 to 11.9, includes a test case as discussed in subsection 11.2.7

     A table of contents for the computer programs together with sample calculations are given below.
