Stand-alone usage

The stand-alone SVP is invoked with the command

svp [-id <ID string>] <filename>

where filename stands for the definition file name (which must exist) and the optional ID string is what is substituted to the ID keyword in the global-scope output definitions. After the computation is carried out, the output instruction are executed, global ones first, then the ones in variable scope, in the order given in the file.
