Three parameters allow to change the acceptable proportions of each component of the total error. They're shown here with the default values: bias=0, variance=0, random=1. The actual value of the ``weights'' is not important: they're normalized before computing the score, so it's acceptable to use integer or percentage values as long as they're all expressed in the same scale.
