Subregional Integrated Ecology
Daily mean attributes, per 30 d periods, of ecological indicators at sub-regional scales.
Hydrology and surface water quality are the ONLY attributes which have been calibrated/verified
with respect to model performance across the Everglades model domain.
Thus, other ecological performance measures are not shown here.
The full set of performance measures includes:
Depth of surface water above ground surface;
Depth of the unsaturated zone below (negative) ground surface;
Total Phosphorus (TP) concentration in surface water;
Total Phosphorus soil porewater concentration;
Total Phosphorus concentration of the soil;
Biomass density of native (or oligotrophic) and other (or eutrophic) periphyton;
Biomass density of macrophyte communities.
