• Model metadata - metadata on the model's objectives, coding language, spatio-temporal domains, file names/uses, etc.
• Modeling tools - descriptions the hardware, operating system, software, etc.
• Dynamic equations - pseudo-code versions of the equations that simulate the system dynamics.
• Input Data - descriptions of the data used to drive the model.
