The ELM is comprised of a number of code amd data modules that are combined into an integrated ecological simulation of the complex system of the Everglades. There are several levels of developing an understanding of the methods and performance of the ELM.

• High-level overview - provides a synopsis of the general structure of the integrated ELM system.  
   
  
• Detailed documentation - provides a thorough review of all information needed in order to understand, and run if desired, the ELM.  
   
  
• Source code and data - the entire ELM project's source code and data that can be easily built (one script) into a running ELM project.
