EMC for ICs

The basic mechanisms for EMC at integrated circuit level are reviewed. The measurement methods are then presented. The basic rules for a low parasitic emission are illustrated. Some concepts on EMC modeling are proposed, and a short discussion on the future of EMC concludes this presentation.
