SigSysBME3 is a suite of programs to accompany the book “Signals and Systems in Biomedical Engineering: Physiological Systems Modeling and Signal Processing” 3rd Edition published by Springer in 2019.

It's a standalone program that contains within it all the required supplementary data, images, calculations, etc.. No other software is required to run it.

The file “SigSysBME3_setup.exe” is an installation file that will install the program set in Microsoft Windows.

After installation:
-------------------
The main program (SigSysBME3_Main.exe) calls all the individual programs. A shortcut to the main program will be placed on the Desktop during installation.

The interface is standard Windows interface. Help can be invoked from the Help Menu in the program windows.
An UNINSTALL shortcut is also placed on the Desktop to make Uninstallation easy.

Linux Compatibility
--------------------
The program suite has been tested to run under WINE in Linux. Under WINE "SigSysBME3_Main.exe" may not be able to call the other programs as it uses CreateProcess. If "SigSysBME3_Main.exe" does not work under WINE, use "SigSysBME3_Main_WINEcompatible.exe" instead.
Presumably, it will also run under WINE elsewhere - for example, MacOS.

Source Code
-----------
Interested students can request the source code, but I promise no further support for understanding the code.
